　　如今，18岁的小月在一所中专上学，每年都要向学校交纳学费。更不幸的是，去年2月，小月被医院诊断为患有原发性甲状腺功能减低症、桥本氏病、颞颌关节紊乱病。小月的母亲已经无力承担孩子的学费和医药费。于是，小月将父亲告上了丰台法院，要求将抚育费提高到每月400元，学杂费、药费，由父亲负担一半。
